Easy for U.V. College

BANGALORE, APRIL 5. U.V. College of Engineering defeated Atria Institute of Technology by 75 runs in the inaugural match of the Nitte inter-collegiate cricket tournament here on Tuesday.

The scores:

UVCE 261 for six in 30 overs (Prashanth 47, Sampath 61, Satyakeerthi 46, Pradeep four for 40) bt Atria IT 186 (Balaji 51, Aadarsh 41, Sachin three for 31, Leonard three for 39).

IISc 105 (Kiran Madhav three for 11) lost to BMSIT 111 for seven.
