Stage set for PM's meet today

RAJAHMUNDRY,
APRIL 6.
The stage is set for the public meeting of the Prime Minister, A.B. Vajpayee, on the sprawling Government Arts College (autonomous) grounds here on Wednesday afternoon. Mr. Vajpayee and the Chief Minister, N. Chandrababu Naidu, would share the dais. Tight security arrangements are being made. Senior officials of the Special Protection Group, who had taken over the ground yesterday, are supervising the arrangements.
Sniffer dogs have been pressed into service. Mr. Vajpayee would arrive at Madhurapudi airstrip, 15 km from here from Visakhapatnam, at 2.20 p.m. He is scheduled to leave at 3.45 p.m.
