Kuoni Travel buys Resnet

MUMBAI, APRIL 6. As part of its strategy to enter the Internet business, Kuoni Travel (India) Pvt. Ltd. has acquired Resnet from Traveljini.com, an investee company of ICICI Venture, for an undisclosed sum.

"We are convinced that IT will provide a differential value to the customer and hence the company has decided to acquire these capabilities and subsequently enter the Internet business," Kuoni Travel Chairman and CEO, Ranjit Malkani, said in a release.
