Kenexa completes Oramasters acquisition

HYDERABAD: The $50 million Kenexa, a leading company in human resource management solutions, announced the completion of acquisition process of the Hyderabad based Oramasters. Rama Velpuri, former Executive Director of Oracle in India, and Chief Executive Officer of Oramasters, has now joined Kenexa as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Kenexa. Addressing a press conference here, Rudy Karsan, CEO of Kenexa and Velpuri, said the company had invested $3 million so far in the last one year in its global development centre in Hyderabad. It has now begun the second phase of expansion. It provides software for talent acquisition and performance management and services for Employment Process Outsourcing (EPO), and has 500 employees worldwide.
