`BJP trying to spoil communal harmony'

By Our Staff Reporter

KOLLAM, APRIL 6. The former KPCC president, C.V. Padmarajan, has said that the BJP was trying to spoil the social harmony by pushing the Hindutva agenda.

He was inaugurating the UDF convention of the Chathannur Assembly segment under the Kollam Lok Sabha constituency. Communism was sinking all over the world. But `commercial Communism' was being propagated in the State.

He said that the UDF candidate from Kollam, Sooranad Rajashekaran, was a longstanding Congressman who had proved his mettle.
