MO-VDLB match ends in a tie

The VDCA second division institutions league match between Materials Organisation and Visakhapatnam Dock Labour Board ended in a tie on Wednesday.
In the second division clubs league, Krishna Mohan was in spot light with an all-round show in Sports XI's narrow one wicket win.
Issac Paul's five-wicket haul went in vain for Vizag Blues.
The scores: Materials Organisation 259 for seven in 40 overs (D. Sridhar 65, B.V.S.S. Kumar 53) tied with V.D.L.B. 259 for eight in 40 overs (K. Ravikumar 61, J. Srinu 37, B.V.N. Bhanu Prakash 29).
Vizag Blues 170 in 44.4 overs (Naresh Naidu 50, Chandrasekhar 34, Krishnamohan three for 25, Raghu three for 35) lost to Sports XI 171 for nine in 42.5 overs (Krishna Mohan 50, Hari 28, Srinu 28, Issac Paul five for 29, Sai three for 38).
