SBH makes 168
HYDERABAD,
APRIL 6.
State Bank of Hyderabad `A' was bowled out for 168 against Bharat Dynamics Ltd on the first day of the three-day final in the Venus Cybertech Trophy cricket tournament for A-Division teams at Vijayanand Grounds here today.
Batting first, SBH batsmen put up a pathetic performance with Ranji star Anirudh Singh (51, 5 x 4) and Pavan Kumar (34) being the lone exceptions. The others found the bowling of Shiv Shankar and Pragyan Ojha, who picked three wickets apiece, too good to handle.
The scores: SBH `A' 168 (Anirudh Singh 51, Pavan Kumar 34, Shiv Shankar three for 30, Pragyan Ojha three for 21) vs BDL.
