Sridhar simply superb

HYDERABAD, APRIL 7. Left-arm spinner R. Sridhar's eight for 41 helped State Bank of Hyderabad `A' defeat BDL in the three-day final of the Venus Cybertech Trophy cricket tournament for A-Division teams.

BDL folded up for 114 in 44.5 overs in reply to SBH's 168.

The scores: SBH `A' 168 bt BDL 114 in 44.4 overs (M.S.K. Prasad 33, M.P. Arjun 37 not out, R. Sridhar eight for 41).
