Tellicherry CC, SBT in last four

THALASSERY, APRIL 8. State Bank of Travancore (Thiruvananthapuram) and Tellicherry CC posted convincing wins and entered the semifinals of the Macky Memorial all-Kerala cricket tournament at the Municipal Stadium here on Thursday.

Prajesh scored a century as Tellicherry CC defeated AGs Arcon (Kunnamkulam) by 81 runs while SBT thrashed Fort CC (Kannur) by 118 runs.

The scores:

Tellicherry CC, Thalassery 245 for three (Prajesh 101, Aaron 62, M.K. Aneesh 69) bt AGs Arcon, Kunnamkulam 164 in 27.1 overs (Shinto 40, Shajahan 38, C.P. Shahid four for 26).

SBT, Thiruvananthapuram 206 for six (A.V. Jagadeesh 63, Sanjay Mohan 57 n.o.) bt Fort CC, Kannur 88 in 17 overs (P. Manoj three for 22, Sony Cheruvathur three for 27).
