Varun to consider pricing of rights issue

MUMBAI: Varun Shipping Company has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on April 15 for the purpose of considering and deciding on the pricing of 362.62 lakh equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each proposed to be issued on a rights basis to the shareholders of the company, in the ratio of one share for every two equity shares held.
