Nitin Saini shines

NEW DELHI, APRIL 8. Haryana under-15 batsman Nitin Saini scored 92 as R.P. Academy defeated L.B. Shastri Club by 83 runs and made it to the semifinals of the R.C. Sharma memorial cricket tournament here.

The scores: R.P. Academy 235 for seven in 40 overs (Nitin Saini 92, M. Kaif 32, Jaideep Choudhary 32, Sawan Saini three for 44, Ashutosh Sharma three for 31) bt L.B. Shastri Club 152 in 32 overs (Rohit Saini 46, Saleem Ansari 37, Saumik Chatterjee 36, Afroz Masih three for 18).
