Birlasoft develops healthcare product

NEW DELHI: Birlasoft, an IT company of the CK Birla group has developed a healthcare solution and is planning to collaborate with other major players in this segment. ``We have indigenously developed a hospital information system product `eMedicCare' and is targeted at small and medium size hospitals and health insurance'', Kamal Mansharamani, COO, Birlasoft said. `eMediCare' enables various departments of the hospitals treating them as profit centres, speeds up IT implementation process and enhance productivity.
