Ocimum Biosolutions' new initiatives
HYDERABAD: Ocimum Biosolutions announced the launch of iRNAwiz, a comprehensive and intuitive tool for the design of siRNA on the occasion of its anniversary. Anuradha Acharya, Chief Executive Officer, said in a release here on Friday that they spent significant time during development to make it more powerful and user friendly. She felt that scientists would be able to significantly speed up research in the field of siRNA design. The company also plans to launch Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)-Pharmatracker targeted at the pharmaceutical industry by the year end. Ocimum with its Indian operations in Hyderabad, provides customised contract research, proteomics, LIMS for biotech and pharma industry.
