BIJAPUR, APRIL 10. The President of Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee, B. Janardhana Poojary, has hinted that the party may file a contempt of court case against leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party who have questioned the eligibility of the Congress President, Sonia Gandhi to become Prime Minister. Addressing a press conference here today, Mr. Poojary said BJP leaders were in contempt of the Supreme Court, which had already clarified that Ms. Gandhi was a citizen of India and had the right to occupy the highest executive post in the country. He would consult the party leadership to explore the possibility of filing a complaint against those who were raising the issue for political mileage. In case BJP did not stop raising Ms. Gandhi's foreign origin issue, the Congress would call Mr. Advani a Pakistani, he said.
