Light rain likely

The city recorded a maximum temperature of 34.6 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 23.4 degrees Celsius on Saturday. The relative humidity was 30 per cent.

At the airport, the maximum temperature was 34 degrees Celsius and the minimum was 22.3 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity was 47 per cent.

The forecast for Sunday is that the sky will be partly cloudy. Light rain is likely in some areas. The maximum temperature will be around 35 degrees Celsius.

Seer's visit

The 45th seer of Sri Ahobila Math will visit Bangalore on April 20, after camping in Mysore from April 13 to 19. He will be staying at Malola Veda Bhavanam, Prakashnagar, till April 29. The seer will take part in the birth anniversary celebrations of Bhagwan Ramanuja on April 25. Veda Parayanam and Prabhanda will be conducted on all days from April 21.

Medical camp

Sri Krishnaraja Wadiyar Ayurvedic Hospital will hold a free consultation camp for sinusitis, asthma, and psoriasis and other skin diseases between 9.30 a.m. and 6 p.m. from April 11 to 18. For registration, the Chief Medical Officer can be contacted in the hospital in Bangalore Palace Compound, Jayamahal Road, opposite dargah, Bangalore-6 (ph: 23530013).

Nature cure

Sri Adichunchanagiri Yoga and Nature Cure Centre, Vijayanagar, is holding a course in leaf, mud, laughter, and dance therapies for management of different disorders from 9 a.m. on Sunday. The centre is located at 10, RPC Layout, Vijayanagar.
