Railways to hold enquiry

CHENNAI, APRIL 11. The Southern Railway will hold an enquiry on Monday into the near-accident of Chennai Beach-Avadi electric multiple unit and Arakkonam-Beach EMU passenger train on platform no. 3 at Avadi station on April 9.

It will be held at the office of the Divisional Railway Manager in Park Town at 10 a.m. Those having relevant information can attend in person or furnish written information to the Chief Safety Officer, Southern Railway, Park Town, a release said today.
