A three-Judge Bench, comprising the Chief Justice, V. N. Khare, and Justice S. B. Sinha and Justice S. H. Kapadia, acceded to the request of the Attorney-General, Soli Sorabjee, appearing for the Centre, and senior counsel for the Commission, K.K. Venugopal, to have the hearing tomorrow.
