Labourer electrocuted

HYDERABAD, APRIL 12. A labourer, Tinku (20), was electrocuted while fastening election banners of a political party near Raghavaratna Towers under Abids police station area on Sunday. A resident of Netajinagar, the victim was reportedly hired by the Congress party workers to install publicity banners, the Abids ACP, Mohd. Tajuddin, said.

Tinku sustained 60 per cent burns when he came in contact with electricity wires after Saturday midnight. He was rushed to the Osmania General Hospital and died while undergoing treatment last night.
