NDTV fixes price band
MUMBAI,
APRIL 13.
The initial public offer of New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV), which comprises a fresh issue and an offer for sale will be available for a price band of Rs. 63-70 per share for book-building. The issue opens on April 21 and closes on April 28.
The offer size of Rs. 109 crores comprised a net offer to the Indian public of Rs. 100 crores and a reservation for employees of Rs. 9 crores. It will list these equity shares on the Bombay and National stock exchanges. "As India enters into an exciting growth phase, I believe that the media in general and news broadcasting in particular would significantly benefit," said Prannoy Roy, Chairman and Wholetime Director.
