MIT professor on Patni board

NEW DELHI: Patni Computer Systems, an IT services exporter, has announced the appointment of Massachusetts Institute of Technology's (MIT) Michael A. Cusumano as an independent director on the company's board. He will assist the company in honing its business strategy in the areas of operational management and execution of software projects, besides helping accelerate the growth of business in Japan.
