HYDERABAD, APRIL 13. YMCA, Secunderabad recorded a 64-35 win over AP Youth in a league match of the South Central Railway GM's Cup invitation basketball tournament being held at Railway Grounds here on Tuesday. The winner led 37-22 at the break. Sohail Khan was the top-scorer for YMCA with 17 points while Danickel (12) and Christu Kumar (15) were the other main contributors. Varun Dev (20) put up a spirited performance for the losers. In late night matches on Monday, South Central Railway defeated YMCA Secunderabad 73-39, while Sports Academy of Guntur put it across Victory Playground 69-23 in women's section.

Men: YMCA, Sec' bad 64 (Sohail Khan 17, Danickle 12, Christu Kumar 15) bt AP Youth 35 (Varun Dev 20); SCR 73 (J.Pankaj 17, Vishal Kumar 11, Ishlauddin 10) bt YMCA, Sec'bad 39 (Santosh 10).
Women: Sports Academy, Guntur, 69 (Sandhya 20, Geeta Rani 15) bt Victory PG 23 (B. Srilatha 15); SCR 36 (Jetty Jose 11) bt YMCA Secunderabad 8.
