Ship crew missing

By Our Special Correspondent

KOLKATA, APRIL 13. Ten of the crewmembers of a Malaysian cargo ship were reported missing after the vessel sank in the Bay of Bengal, about 180 nautical miles off West Bengal's Haldia port, this morning.

Eight others were, however, rescued by a Thai vessel. Police said search by the Coast Guard was on. The vessel, carrying wooden logs, was bound for the Haldia port.
