Upendra writes to EC on party symbol

HYDERABAD, APRIL 13. Former Union Minister and chairman of the APCC Election Affairs Committee, P. Upendra, has written to the Chief Election Commissioner, T.S. Krishnamurthy, stating that complaints have been received from various constituencies that the symbol of Congress was "indistinct" in the Electronic Voting Machines received for the first phase of polling in Andhra Pradesh on April 20.
