KURIANOOR, APRIL 14. Host Kottayam and Thiruvananthapuram girls entered the semifinals of the 31st State sub-junior basketball championships at the MTHS floodlit courts here on Wednesday. Both Kottayam and Thiruvananthapuram topped their respective groups to move into the last four. In the boys' section, the quarterfinalists were spotted with Ernakulam, Kasargode, Alappuzha, Kannur, Kottayam, Thrissur, Malappuram and Thiruvananthapuram moving into the last eight stage.
