TRS candidate's campaign evokes response

By Our Staff Reporter

WARANGAL, APRIL 14. The campaign by the Hanamkonda Lok Sabha TRS candidate, B Vinod Kumar, evoked response in many villages in Station Ghanpur constituency on Wednesday.

At street corner meetings he addressed at Madikonda, Dharmasagar, Veleru, Peechara, Malkapur, Chilpurgutta, Kondapur, Sripathipalle, Timmapur and several other villages in the constituency, villagers came to listen to him.

Mr Vinod Kumar accused Mr. Kadiam Srihari of hoodwinking the people by dumping pipes in the constituency for the Devadula project without spending a rupee at the project site. He sought to know as to what development the TDP Government had achieved during its two-decade regime. "They claim to have laid roads. Were there no roads earlier? The roads were developed over the last 40 years.

The TDP Government blacktopped these and claims to have laid them. Did they bring a single factory to Warangal," he asked.

The TRS candidate said the TDP too is responsible for the backwardness of Telangana, as it failed to honour its promises.

In Warangal district, the TDP leaders including the Chief Minister, N Chandrababu Naidu, promised to bring an `Industrial corridor' and Flood Flow Canal, but there was no action.
