No decision to remove Tandon: PM

LUCKNOW, APRIL 14. The Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, today said that no decision had been taken to remove Lalji Tandon as his election agent in the wake of the Lucknow stampede . He was replying to a reporters question here on his arrival to file his nomination papers for the Lok sabha seat.

In New Delhi, the BJP spokesperson ,Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, said that the reports that Mr. Tandon would be removed were ``mischievous and misleading.''
