Newly-wed's charred body found in house

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, APRIL 15. The charred body of an 18-year-old girl was found at her husband's house in Varkala on Wednesday.

The police identified the deceased as Priya. She had got married to one Satheeshan three months ago.

A post-mortem examination was conducted in the presence of the Revenue Divisional Officer (Thiruvananthapuram) at the Medical College Hospital mortuary here. The police have registered a case of unnatural death and an investigation was on.

Auto driver found dead

A 28-year-old youth was found dead inside the autorickshaw he was driving at Rishimangalam in the Vanchiyoor police station limits this morning. The police identified the deceased as Sunil Kumar (27), a local resident. .
