LUCKNOW, APRIL 16. The Bharatiya Janata Party leader, Lalji Tandon, today declined to react to the Election Commission's directive to file a First Information Report against him for distributing saris to women at a function organised here on his birthday. Mr. Tandon said he had neither seen nor heard of the directive. It was, therefore, not possible for him to react.
