MANGALORE, APRIL 17. Mangalore Electricity Supply Company Ltd. has announced a power shutdown between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Wednesday to enable it to cut branches of trees adjacent to high-tension lines emanating from the 110-kV Kulshekar sub-station and Moti Mahal feeder and take up regular maintenance work. The localities that will be affected include Mullihithlu, Suttarpete, Mujeel, Nehru Road, Kankanady bypass, Balikashrama Road, and adjoining areas.
