THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, APRIL 18 . Sixteen police officers conferred with IPS recently have been given postings in the new cadre by the Government. They are Vijayasreekumar (SP, Police Academy), A.T. Jose (SP, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau, Ernakulam), Varghese George (SP, Police Headquarters), M.V. Somasundaram (SP, Rapid Action Force), P.T. Nandakumar (SP, Special Branch, Thiruvananthapuram), T.P. Rajagopalan (SP, Police Telecommunications), P.I. Varghese (Assistant Director, Police Academy), K. Balakrishna Kurup (SP, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau, Ernakulam), M. Sugathan (Assistant Inspector General, Police Headquarters), P.M. Aboobaker (SP, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau, Kozhikode), T. Chandran (SP, Kerala Armed Police Battalion, Thrissur), V.V. Mohanan (Assistant Director, Police Academy), K. Vijayasankar (SP, Kerala Armed Battalion, Palakkad), T. V. Kamalakshan (SP, Crime Branch, Kozhikode), M.N. Jayaprakash (SP, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau, Kottayam) and M. Wahab (SP, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau, Thiruvananthapuram). The Government also shifted Ashok Yadav from his post as SP, Kerala Armed Police, Palakkad, to the Malabar Special Police as SP.
