HYDERABAD: iGATE Global Solutions plans to invest up to $25 million in the next one year in building up its Indian operations in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai. The companyalso has a call centre in Delhi. The company recently commenced a 2 lakh sq. ft. expansion at its 14 acre campus in Bangalore, and inaugurated its 65,000 sq. ft. Global Development Centre in Hyderabad on Wednesday. It plans to take up a Rs. 60 crore expansion under the second phase in Bangalore, and is in the process of investing $1 million in Hyderabad, according to Phaneesh Murthy, Chief Executive Officer. It acquired seven acres in Chennai and will look at expansion in Chennai once Hyderabad and Bangalore facilities are full.
