NEW DELHI, APRIL 21. Four alleged inter-State contract killers have been arrested by the Crime Branch of the Delhi police in two separate incidents. They were trying to set up base in the Capital in order to help politicians during the elections. According to the police, three persons, Ishwar, Narender and Jogender, were arrested by the Inter-State Cell of the Crime Branch after they laid a trap near a railway crossing at Bawana in North-West Delhi on Tuesday afternoon. They were found to be in possession of several live cartridges and fire arms. The Maruti Zen car they were travelling in was found to be stolen. The police said these criminals were members of Rajbir Rathi gang and used to indulge in contract killing. In another raid, the Anti-Robbery Section arrested Ram Dayal from Rohini in North-West Delhi on Tuesday. The accused has allegedly been involved in various criminal cases including contract killing.
