Security for swamiji tightened

TUMKUR, APRIL 22. The police have tightened security for the 97-year-old Shivakumara Swamiji of Siddaganga Math in view of the threat to his life.

The threat perception increased after the police arrested Shadkshari (26) recently.

In his complaint to the Kyatsandra police, Sri Shivakumara Swamiji said he received a letter from Shadakshari threatening him. Shadakshari was arrested from Tovinkere, near here. A court later remanded him in judicial custody.
