Quality Circle meet concludes

VISAKHAPATNAM, APRIL 22. Vice-Admiral O.P. Bansal, the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Eastern Naval Command, underlined the importance of Quality Circles (QC) in big industrial establishments like the Naval Dockyard.

Addressing the valedictory function of the Quality Circle convention at the Naval Dockyard here on Thursday, he stressed the need for developing a scientific thinking to find innovative solutions to the day-to-day problems. He gave away prizes to teams which were adjudged the best.
