Tata Tele (Maharashtra) to issue FCCBs

CHENNAI: Tata Teleservices Maharashtra has informed BSE that the directors have approved the issue of foreign currency convertible bonds worth $150 million to be subscribed in foreign currency, which at the option of the holders of the securities to convert into equity shares of the company. The proposed issue of securities is subject to necessary approvals.
