PERAMBALUR, APRIL 23 . A meeting of the District Consultative Committee has urged bank officials to expedite the disbursal of loans sanctioned during 2003-04 under the Prime Minister's Rozgar Yojana (PMRY). Though the deadline for disbursal was September 30, the banks should expedite the process, for the benefit of the educated unemployed, said the speaking at the meeting held here on Thursday. The Collector, S. Natarajan, said banks had sanctioned loans to the tune of Rs. 54.23 lakhs to 375 unemployed youths, as against the target of 350 during the last year. The District Industries Centre (DIC) General Manager, S.
