PATHANAMTHITTA, APRIL 23. The State Bank of India (SBI) is to open a fully computerised, hi-tech branch at Thellirethu Arcade here on April 26. Addressing a press conference here today, the assistant general managers of the bank, Gerard K. John and Mangalachandran, said that the Pathanamthitta SBI branch would be shifted from the Ben Complex to the Thellirethu Arcade with hi-tech facilities from Monday. The chief general manager of the SBI, C. Narasimhan, will inaugurate the branch with single-window facility, Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and NRI Cell at 12.30 p.m. on Monday. The general manager, Radha Unni, and the deputy general manager, K.A. Krishnamurthy, will also attend the function.
