KANCHEEPURAM, APRIL 23 . Seven independents have filed their nominations for contesting the Chengalpattu Parliamentary seat before R.Venkatesan, Kancheepuram Collector and Returning Officer, here today. With this, 17 candidates had filed nominations for the seat. In Tiruvallur, three independents have filed their nominations for the Sriperumbudur (Reserved) constituency before S. Chandramohan, Tiruvallur Collector and Returning Officer, today.
