11 more file nomination papers

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, APRIL 23 . Six candidates filed their nomination papers in Thiruvananthapuram and five in the Chirayinkeezhu Lok Sabha constituency today.

Those who filed papers in Thiruvananthapuram are Babington - Independent, Rajmohanan - BSP, Selvaraj - Independent, T. Balakrishnan Nair - Independent, S. Manimekhala - Independent, and Naushad - Independent.

Those who filed papers in Chirayinkeezh are: Thankappan - Independent, A. Ansari - Independent, Soman - Independent, Padmakumar - Independent, and Devarajan - Independent. As many as 17 candidates have filed the nomination papers in Thiruvananthapuram and 12 in Chirayinkeezhu. The scrutiny of the papers is on Saturday and the last date for withdrawal is April 26.
