MADURAI, APRIL 23 . Government employees and teachers, who are imprisoned during the indefinite strike last year, will be felicitated by the Madurai Kamaraj-Manonmaniam Sundaranar University Teachers' Association here tomorrow. The association will also organise its annual training programme for members from May 15 to 17 at Pannaikadu in Dindigul district, the MUTA general secretary, R. Manoharan, said in a release. Free coaching for the members is being organised for those working in self-financing colleges who appeared for lectureship eligibility tests conducted by the University Grants Commission. The classes would be conducted from May 19 to June 17. Details and application forms could be had from the MUTA Office at Kaka Thoppu Street, Madurai-1. (Telephone number: 2341272).
