Vikal replaces Tyagi

NEW DELHI, APRIL 23. The central election committee of the AlCC has nominated Jagvir Singh Vikal as Congress candidate in the Bhagpat Lok Sabha constituency in Uttar Pradesh in the place of Jaichand Tyagi. The AICC treasurer, Motilal Vora, said this in a release here tonight.
