Helped by an all-round performance by P. Mahendran (51 runs and three for 45), All Rounders Cricket Club carved out a 62-run victory over Nike Cricket Club, Oddanchatram in the Indian Bank - Dindigul District Cricket Association First division league here on Sunday.
The scores: (First division): All Rounders CC 193 in 36.3 overs (P. Mahendran 51, N. Senthilnathan 55, Mohan three for 53, Karthik four for 42) bt Nike CC, Oddanchatram 131 in 36.3 overs (Vijayaraj 25, P. Mahendran three for 45, Balaji three for 34, Praveen three for 32).
Third division: District under-15 team 56 in 24.3 overs (Arun Pious 26, Chinnappar four for 12) lost to Majestic Cubs CC 58 for two in 9.2 overs.
Warriors CC, Vadamadurai 190 for five in 22 overs (Saleem 59, Senthilkumar 45, N. Anand Kumar four for 35) bt Balbro CC 20 in 7.2 overs.
