This Day That Age
President Rajendra Prasad said in Nagpur on April 27 that only through the development of the various provincial languages and modes of life in their own way, the composite picture of whole India could be kept intact. The President, who was opening the new Rs.82,000-building of the Vidarbha Sahitya Sangh, said that he was glad that there was a spirit of revival and development of regional languages and cultures, which gave India a beauty of her own. Nagpur, Dr. Rajendra Prasad said, enjoyed a unique geographical position, being the rail and air centre of India.
