Spain completes withdrawal

MADRID, APRIL 27. Spain has completed the withdrawal of its peacekeeping troops from Iraq, said its Prime Minister, Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, on Tuesday. ``No Spanish member of the Plus Ultra II brigade remains in Iraq,'' Mr. Zapatero told Parliament during a debate on withdrawing the 1,300 troops. — AP
