GE Shipping to exercise call option

MUMBAI, APRIL 27. Great Eastern Shipping Company has decided to opt for early redemption of its 10.5 per cent cumulative redeemable non-convertible preference shares.

The company has decided to exercise the early redemption option for preference shares aggregating Rs. 55 crores on July 21 and Rs. 20 crores on August 13, GE Shipping informed the Stock Exchange here today. — PTI
