CHENNAI, APRIL 27. The Law Association has planned to invite the President, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, for its platinum jubilee celebrations next year. An announcement to this effect was made at the association's annual day fete here today. Delivering the customary address, Justice F.M. Ibrahim Kalifulla said the association deserved to be complimented for its non-controversial attitude towards even contentious issues. The association president, J. Rajendra Prasad, said preparations for the next year's platinum jubilee celebrations had already been commenced.
