NEW DELHI, APRIL 27. The Crime Branch of the Delhi police are now planning to move the court for getting a non-bailable warrant against the chairman of Sachdeva New PT College, Sudheer Sachdeva, who has been absconding ever since his alleged role in the test paper leak came to light with the arrest of a coaching institute employee this past week. Police sources claimed that they would freeze the accounts of Sachdeva as well as that of his coaching institute if he fails to appear before the police. Meanwhile, the police have recovered the mobile phone of Laxmi Sharma, who was arrested for allegedly acting as an agent for Banni Gautam, one of the accused in the case. The phone was recovered from Banni to whom she had given the phone so that he could clearly explain the conditions of the deal to prospective clients.
