Soma Enterprise completes highway project

HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad-based Soma Enterprise, and Limak Construction Industry and Trade Inc (of Turkey) have completed a Rs. 300 crore project on the National Highway 5 (AP-18) well ahead of schedule. Rajendra Prasad Maganti, Chairman and Managing Director, Soma Enterprise, said at a press conference here on Wednesday that the 4-laning of the 84.5 km of the highway from Gundugolanu and ending at Goutami bridge in Andhra Pradesh was part of the Golden Quadrilateral project, and the largest contract in terms of length that has been awarded as a single contract. — Our Special Correspondent
