dated April 30, 1954: Nehru on his name

Prime Minister Nehru complained in Colombo on April 29 that his name was "too long". He was unable to sign as many autographs as he wished to at a given time. He made this complaint at a party given to him on April 28 by an old friend. At the party he was besieged by children vying with one another for his autograph. He signed for five minutes and then gave up.
