Youth fete concludes

KOCHI, APRIL 30. `Tarang-04,' the cultural festival of the School of Communications and Management Studies concluded today.

The City Police Commissioner, Vinod Thomas, was the guest of honour at the valedictory function held at Kalamassery Town Hall.
